Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Juices2Go: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns within [3 days] of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 757-500-3729 or hollainc757@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our distributor at SDBodyWorks at 757-796-9091 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, such as gift cards and perishable goods like our juices.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
